Latest Rage 4130 Chromoly Tube Connectors
Weld-in chassis tube connectors from Latest Rage, manufactured in 4130 Chromoly steel, these joints allow the creation of removable chassis sections. Used to create detachable front, rear or roofline sections, to allow better access or customisation of vehicles as required. They feature a single high tensile bolt and are priced individually.
The diameter of the connector section that slides into the CDS tube is stated in the size options. UK CDS tube has different wall thicknesses than in the US. Connectors are pushed into the tube and welded each end. Attention must be paid to how any sections need to come apart and their orientation to offer the greatest strength.
